• What is Outplacement?
Outplacement is a career transition service that employers provide to displaced employees during times of restructuring. This service enables former employees to move forward positively in their career on good terms with the company they are leaving.

Preparation for the senior staff who deal with downsizing & organizational stress

- To coach senior staff in effective ways of carrying out staff reduction processes

Ms. Gloria Tam has over 10 years extensive experience in the executive search industry with special emphasis on banking and finance in the Asia Pacific Region. Her successful search assignments include senior management positions in private banking; corporate & investment banking; consumer banking; insurance; assets management etc. Prior to joining the executive search industry, she worked in leading financial institutions (including Banque Indosuez; The Sumitomo Bank; etc.) as Head of Human Resources for more than 17 years.

Ms. Gloria Tam received an MBA Degree with concentration in Personnel Management from The University of East Asia, Macau.

Ms. Irene Ng has over 7 years extensive experience in the executive search industry with special emphasis on banking and finance in the Asia Pacific Region. During this period, she has successfully concluded search assignments in senior & middle level management positions in corporate & investment banking; consumer banking; insurance; assets management etc. Prior to joining the executive search industry, she worked in leading financial institutions (including Invesco Asia Limited; Fleet National Bank; ABN AMRO Bank etc.) as Head of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager for more than 10 years.

Ms. Rebecca Niem has over 10 years of experience in the executive search industry. Having worked in a number of international executive search companies, she has completed executive search assignments in a wide range of industries for senior and middle management positions in the Asia Pacific Region. She has successfully executed searches in consumer banking, insurance, asset management, and securities. Prior to joining the executive search industry, she worked for a leading infrastructure conglomerate in Hong Kong.
